Homemade Pizza
(about 0,50€ for the base + toppings)

1,5 dl water
20 g fresh yeast (hiiva) OR 0,5 bag dry yeast (kuivahiiva)
0,5 tsp salt (suola)
2 tbsp oil (rypsi- / oliiviöljy)
3,5 dl wheat flour (vehnäjauho)

1. Heat the water up until about body temperature (a little warmer if you’re using dry yeast).
2. Mix in all the other ingredients and add some more flour if the dough is really sticky.
3. Let the dough rest and rise for about 30 minutes.
4. Roll the dough out in any shape you like and add any toppings you like.
5. Bake in a hot oven (about 275 degrees) until the crust goes brown.
